Creating your MVT PaperSmart Account
Congratulations! You are now one step closer to helping the earth become a little greener. This manual will help you get started by creating a new account at the https://PaperSmart.m-v-t.com website.
First things first
Before we continue you’re going to need to know a few basic things, such as:
- Your name (Exactly as it appears on your check stubs or statements)
- Depending on your employment type you will also need one of the following:
- Driver Code
- Owner Code
- Employee code
- Date of Birth
- SSN or EIN (Federal Tax ID) code
- And a personal email address
Step #1 Registration
You are required to create an account in order to login and view your documents.
To do this click on the new user registration link as shown below.
Clicking there will take you to the page seen below. Notice at the top you have
3 tabs to choose from. Click the tab the corresponds to You and fill in the information
required then click submit (located to the right of the page)
If all your information is typed in correct you will see the second part of the
registration page as shown below. Fill out the information below then click submit
at the bottom right side of the page. If you do not receive the page below please
make sure that all the information is typed in exactly as it appears
on your pay stub.
After clicking submit you will receive the following message
You will receive a message in the email you have provided with further instructions
for verification.
